LandmanFX, LLC is a Oil & Gas Land Service Company based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Our organization is led by D. Mark White who started his career as an Independent Landman back in 1981. LFX specializes in providing all facets of oil and gas land consulting services to individual mineral owners, law firms, private family companies, as well as oil & gas companies.

Our services are vast and include mineral and surface title research, acquisition of oil & gas leases, curative title solutions, title opinions plus, extensive title research from the sovereignty of the soil (circa 1845) to the present-day mineral ownership. We also locate and obtain copies of legal instruments including, Warranty Deeds, Mineral and Royalty Deeds, Quit-Claim Deeds, Probates and Death Certificates, Mineral Valuation Analysis,  and provide mineral acquisition and disposition services.
