Sovereignty Title Runsheet

A Sovereignty Title Runsheet documents the historical property owners of a specific tract of land from the Patent, also known as, the Sovereignty of the Soil (circa 1845), to the present day ownership interest in both the mineral and surface title. In real estate terms, this is also referred to as an abstract of title. The title to a tract of land carries with it a bundle of rights in which the owner has a legal interest and/or equitable interest. The “Bundle of rights” is a legal term for the set of legal privileges that is generally afforded to a buyer of a their property and covers all the rights they can and can't do with the property as its owner.

LandmanFX is experienced in all areas of title research; mineral title, surface title, title curative solutions and Sovereignty Title Runsheet reports. This information is incorporated into a Mineral Ownership Report a, "MOR". An MOR provides our clients with a competitive edge and facilitating more aggressive leasing campaigns. Some of our clients require daily title updates in highly competitive leasing areas of interest.
